Customer Service Specialist

Overview:

At Ark Leads we are paving the way for efficient sales generation through generating immense amounts of customer data from our internal digital advertising team, owned domains, call center and communication technology solutions. Our growing call center, that handles all generated phone calls, is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

If you are a an empathetic, talkative, people-oriented type of individual, this role will be a great fit for you. Customer Service representatives support customers by providing helpful information and solutions. You are the front line of support to the customers and a valued part of the sales team. You will be responsible for handling calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward all customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Remember, by helping our customers you are helping our sales.
• Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Requirements

• Ability to stay calm if customers are stressed or upset.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM.
• EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NECESSARY
