Quality assurance specialist

Overview:

At Ark Leads we are paving the way for efficient sales generation through generating immense amounts of customer data from our internal digital advertising team, owned domains, call center and communication technology solutions. Our growing call center, that handles all generated phone calls, is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

If you are analytical and attention to detail oriented, this role will be a great fit for you. You will be responsible for ensuring the services to the customers have met all requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and assess customer complaints and issues.
  • Ensure the thoroughness and timely completion of investigations.
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions.
