Sales Fronter/Appointment Setter

Overview:

At Ark Leads we are paving the way for efficient sales generation through generating immense amounts of customer data from our internal digital advertising team, owned domains, call center and communication technology solutions. Our growing call center, that handles all generated phone calls, is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

This role plays a key part of our sales process. This role is a starting position, with opportunity to grow and advance. Fronters are the “front line” for communication and representation of our company to our customers, therefore making your role very valuable. We are looking for individuals willing to put in the work to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales-related conversations and initiate a sales process with potential customers to qualify them for our services.
  • Gather/verify contact and other information from potential customers and maintain accurate data in our system.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience and patience.
  • Goal driven and ambitious minded individual with attention to detail.
  • Computer and CRM proficiency
